Compass Land Resources is a full-service land company providing resource acquisitions through research and negotiations. While our primary service focus is in Oklahoma and surrounding states and we've successfully served clients in plays all over the U.S.

What we do

We have a strong background in Mineral title research, due diligence, regulatory matters, and leasing. We also have expertise in solar project management, right-of-way acquisition, surface use, water use, and wind energy leasing. We can provide mapping services, division order maintenance, and have acted as a contract land department for some of our clients with smaller in-house departments.
